I really wanted to get this one out sooner but with all of the traveling, events and dinners on the road I've been hard pressed to get my latest video blog uploaded.
I shot this blog in Budapest, Hungary from my suite overlooking the world famous Chain Bridge on the Danube River. And a far cry from my first trip here over 15 years ago as a broke college graduate when all I could afford was a hostel.
There are many things that could have (in fact should have) easily sidetracked me from achieveing success over the years.
Lack of funds, $50k+ in credit card debt, living at home with my mom until I was 27, broken promises by companies and uplines, you name it. But throughout I remained steadfast, focused and, ultimately, perservered.
Watch my newest video blog that will help you fend off the FUD's: fears, uncertainties and doubts.
Enjoy !

Touching base from Helsinki Airport en route back to the states after a three-week winter tour which took me from Norway to Austria, then Hungary, Switzerland and finally, Holland.
Before I take off I wanted to share a quick video we cooked up the day I last emailed you, a perfect example of social media, a subject I promised to talk more about.
Because you don't have to be a pro (just watch the video above) to participate in the social media game, the market penetration has been unprecedented, as evidenced by some the articles I've listed below.
Here we have a short, fun video that I produced all by myself using a basic camera and iMovie video editing software on my mac.
Then all you have to do is upload it to your blog and bam, you're in business on the web with an audience of billions and growing fast!

Don't be afraid. Go out there and have some fun with it. I actually had to re-convert this one as the sound mix was off in the first one. Kind of frustrating but frustration is a sign that you are moving forward.
The overcoming of these obstacles along the way help you develop the character, fortitude and experience that will attract leaders to you and your organization over others.
Like paint and a brush are the tools of a painter, your tools as a social media artist are a video camera, some editing software, a bit of imagination and of course the primary element, YOU! AMAZING FACTS AND ARTICLES ON THE EXPLOSION OF SOCIAL MEDIA
Did you know that 15% of total global internet traffic is now social media - a category that did not exist 3 years ago!? In the UK one in every six minutes of the average web user is spent at a social site. As examples, to reach the 100 million person threshold, it took:
MEDIUM
TIME
TV
38 Years
Cell Phone
14 Years
IPOD
7 Years
Facebook
5 Years
Here are a couple of articles of interest that further quantify this explosive growth:
Social media is content created by people using highly accessible and scalable publishing technologies that is intended to facilitate communications, influence and interaction with peers and with public audiences, typically via the Internet and mobile communications networks. The term most often refers to activities that integrate technology, telecommunications and social interaction, and the construction of words, pictures, videos and audio. This interaction, and the manner in which information is presented, depends on the varied perspectives and "building" of shared meaning among communities, as people share their stories and experiences. Businesses also refer to social media as user-generated content (UGC) or consumer-generated media (CGM).
OK, I gotta run I'm returning to the states now and will be in touch once I resurface with some excellent resources that will help you promote the industry of network marketing itself !
Have a great weekend !
